Its that time again... Christmas.  A time to remember all our of our blessings and as Frank Costanza(Seinfield) would say, a time to “air grievances”.  I’ll start with the grievances.

The Perpetrators continued their assault on the Jeep.  You might notice in the photo above, Santa is passing the Jeep by once again!  

Daniel and Jenna AKA Perpetrators #2 & 2A:

Daniel and Jenna decided to move to Austin, Tx. in February. So of course that meant we needed to drive to Austin to see them.    I took a couple of photos during our drive HERE and HERE. A lovely Drive!  

They decided to change the name of the Band from Oak Creek Band to “The Watters”. A name change means new website, social media, etc.. 10 domain names later they decided on“wearethewatters.com”. BTW... They don’t give domain names away $$$.  So, was that the end of their robbing from the Jeep? NO!  Apparently, it was also time to begin production on a new full length album.  Damn!  I’ll keep you posted on the progress of the new album.  The Jeep will be lucky if he gets a quart of oil this year.

Shannon AKA Perpetrator #1:

Shannon’s job at Boom Studios is going very well. In last years report, I told you about the comic book Shannon was a co-creator and writer for “Lumberjanes”. As I suspected would happen,  it was nominated for 2 Eisner awards (Best New Series & Best Publication for Teens) and won both!  Truly Amazing! 

So you would think all this success would lead to significant contributions to the “Save the Jeep Fund”(STJF) from Shannon. You would be WRONG!  She had other plans as I would find out later.

However, I told myself  “... the Jeep will endure” and began digging into couch cushions to find spare change to build up the STJF.  

She Who Must Be Obeyed AKA Perpetrator#3:

My lovely wife continues to keep the family healthy, and herself and the kids clothed in the finest fashions, at the detriment and expense of the Jeep of course.  It is amazing how you can slap a name like “herman” on a scarf and all of the sudden it becomes a bar of gold.  Ask why and the beatings commense.  However, despite her willingness to allow the Jeep to continue to deteriorate, my love for her is forever ongoing and she will always be my “Valentine”.
